The trading indicators and associated services are the property of the Company or its licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased indicators. This license does not grant you any rights to the indicators or services beyond what is outlined in these Terms.

This Agreement is made effective as of January 1, 2024, by and between MyIndicators ("Company") and the undersigned ("Purchaser").
The Purchaser agrees to purchase the trading indicator(s) described in their order, as outlined on the purchase page and receipt of the transaction.
The Purchaser agrees that the trading indicators provided by the Company are for personal or internal business use only. The Purchaser shall not sell, gift, distribute, share, or otherwise transfer the indicators or the right to use the indicators to any third party.
The Purchaser acknowledges that the trading indicators are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by copyright, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights.
The Purchaser agrees not to use the indicators for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. The Purchaser may not use the indicators in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Company's services or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Company's services.
By signing below, the Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that they have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. This is the complete and exclusive statement of the Agreement between the parties, superseding all proposals and communications related to the subject matter.
Misuse of Indicators Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or disclosure of the trading indicators constitutes a violation of this Agreement and an infringement of the Company's intellectual property rights. Misuse includes, but is not limited to, selling, gifting, sublicensing, or modifying the indicators without the express written consent of the Company. In the event of misuse, the Company reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, including seeking injunctive relief, damages, legal fees, and any other remedies available under Swiss law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any legal action arising out of this Agreement shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts of Switzerland.
All purchases of MyIndicators.ch products, including but not limited to courses and software, are final and strictly non-refundable. Given the intangible and irrevocable nature of digital goods, once access to the purchased content is granted, the transaction is considered complete and no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances. This policy is established to protect the intellectual property and proprietary information contained within our digital products.
By completing a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the terms of this non-refundable policy. You accept that once access to the digital content is provided, you forfeit any right to a refund. This agreement ensures the enforcement of our policy and the protection of our digital content from unauthorized distribution or misuse.

MyIndicators may assign these Terms or delegate any of its obligations under these Terms in whole or in part without your consent. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights granted hereunder to any other person or entity without the express written consent of MyIndicators.
These Terms and the provision of services by MyIndicators are governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law, excluding its conflicts of law rules. Any disputes arising from or in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Switzerland.
